Box Score 2
Rosemont, PA
The Falcons had a bitter taste in their mouth after the Neumann double header, and would take their frustration out on Rosemont College.
With
Natalia Dial (Kannapolis, PA/Jesse C. Carson) pitching both games, the strike early in game 1.
Shannon Wenner (Drums, PA/MMI Preparatory) would score in the first off a Rosemont error that would allow Dial to reach. Later in that inning,
Laura Swanhall (Cobleskill, NY/Cobleskill-Richmondville) would also reach on an error that would allow Dial to score the games second run.
All would be quiet until the Falcons 3rd inning when
Kali Jones (Pottsville, PA/Pottsville Area HS) would Miller deep to right field to plate Dial. That would also be Jones first RBI of the season.
Cedar Crest tacked on three more through out the game, thanks in large part to
Jeniffer Hallowell (Coopersburg, PA/Southern Lehigh) and
Alyson Mason (Salem, CT/East Lyme), who would both finish game 1 with 2 RBI's a piece.
Game 2 featured more of the same for Cedar Crest who's bats would go quiet until the fourth inning. The Falcons would put up a five spot against Maurer and take a 6-1 lead at that point.
The Falcons would tack on four more runs in game team before eventually winning by a final of 10-3.
Six different Falcons finished with an RBI in game two,
