Hello prospective student-athlete! We are delighted that you're considering continuing your athletic career at Cedar Crest! This is the place to gather information about Cedar Crest athletics and student-athletes.
Cedar Crest College strives to maintain an environment in which your athletic activities are a very important part of your educational experience. As a member of the NCAA's Division III,we stress the importance of a balance between athletics and academics and the valuable life lessons learned from each. We are interested in building strong teams of hard-working student-athletes who are eager to meet the challenges that Cedar Crest has to offer both on the playing field and in the classroom.
And unlike many schools where the coach's goal is just to get you accepted and in the door, our duty to you as a student-athlete only just begins with your acceptance. We are committed to helping you excel academically. Instead of getting lost in the shuffle at a much larger school, you'll find that the small student to faculty ratio provides you with a lot of personal attention. And the athletic staff will do everything in its power to make sure you're keeping up with your studies. We wouldn't try to convince you to attend Cedar Crest if we felt that you were not going to succeed here. We'll make sure of it!
