Clarks Summit, PA - The Cedar Crest Soccer team commenced their 2014 season today on the road as they took on the Baptist Bible Defenders.

The first half would be dominated by the Falcons as freshman midfielder, Caitlyn Mann (Harrisburg, PA/Central Dauphin) took several free-kicks that would create many goal-scoring opportunities for Cedar Crest. Despite these opportunities, the half would end with neither team finding the goal. 

The second half would be identical to the first as the neither team could find the net, forcing the game into overtime. 

Despite the many opportunities that the Falcons created, they were unable to find the net, as the game finished 0-0 in double overtime. 

With the tie, the Falcons finish their season with an overall record of 4-12-3 and 2-7-2 in CSAC.
