Looking to close out the 2013-2014 Women's Basketball season on a high note, the Cedar Crest College Basketball team traveled to Baltimore, MD to take of Notre Dame of Maryland University in conference action today.
Going into her final game as a Falcon, Senior
Amber Wehry (Klingerstown, PA/Tri-Valley Jr/Sr) would be the lone senior for the Falcons today. Â Going into today's game, Wehry had scored 1,207 career points. Â Today, Wehry added some points and then some. Â Wehry would finish with a season high 35 points and 10 rebounds for her third Double-Double of the season. Â Those 35 points were also the most by a Falcon this season, with the second highest coming from Junior
Breonna Lewis (Abingdon, MD/Sovereign Grace Homeschool) who scored 24 against Keystone on January 20th.
Wehry's 16 made Free Throws were also the most for the season, out doing her previous high set on February 19th by seven. Â She would also finish with a season record of 19 Free Throw attempts and a season record in steals with eight.
Wehry finishes her career with Cedar Crest with 1242 total points.

For the rest of the game, the Falcons would be in complete control. Â For the second time this season, the Falcons held the Gators to under 30 points and limited the Gators high scorer to just seven total points. Â
Kayleigh Keggan (Blairstown, NJ/Belvidere) finished with nine points and six rebounds while freshman
Taylor Osley (Allentown, PA/Louis E. Dieruff High School) collected five points and five rebounds. Â
DeJanet Lantion (Silver Spring, MD/John F. Kennedy) wrapped up the scoring for Cedar Crest putting in four and grabbing four boards. Â
The Falcons finish 7-18 overall, collecting five more wins then the previous season and finish with a CSAC record of 5-11.
