Basketball Falls in Overtime to Bryn Mawr College

Box Score BROOKLYN, N.Y.--- The Cedar Crest College basketball team took the second day of the Women's College Tournament game into overtime falling, 65-56, to Bryn Mawr College Sunday afternoon.

Freshman guard Tenille Stewart (Penssauken, NJ/Pennsauken) led the team with 10 points, five rebounds and two assists while freshman Katherina Pierre (Middletown, NY /John S. Burke Catholic) and Shechinaglory Tucker both score nine points apiece. Pierre added seven rebounds, one assist and one block and Tucker brought down five rebounds, three assists.

Sophomore forward Shameca Thompson grabbed 16 rebounds and seven points while senior forward Kayleigh Keggan (Blairstown, NJ/Belvidere) scored eight points, four rebounds. Freshman forwards Rianna Kinard (Clinton, MD/Surrattsville High) and Jaime Matson both contributed four points, Kinard also pulled in four rebounds while junior guard Taylor Osley (Allentown, PA/Louis E. Dieruff High School) had five points, four assists and three steals.
 
The next game for the Falcons is Tuesday, November 17 against with tip-off set for 7:00 p.m. at Penn State Abington in a non-conference matchup.
