Box Score Gwynedd Valley, Pa.---The Cedar Crest College soccer team traveled to Colonial States Athletic Conference opponent Gwynedd Mercy University on Saturday afternoon. After 90 minutes of play the team fell by a score of 3-0.

The Falcons were on the defense most game, the first shot for the Falcons came in the second half of the game. Senior forward Caitlyn Mann (Harrisburg, PA/Central Dauphin) managed to get a shot off in 82^nd minute that missed her target that went just wide of the goal. Mann would later get another shot to cut the deficit, and get the Falcons on the scoreboard, but the Griffins goalkeeper saved her shot with just six minutes left in the game. Junior goalkeeper Mogan Maddock had three saves in the first half while sophomore goalkeeper Cara Montanye (Pine Bush, NY/Pine Bush Central ) had one save in the second half.

The next game for the soccer team is on Wednesday, October 18 at 4:00 at Keystone College.
