Box Score ALLENTOWN, Pa. ---The Cedar Crest College soccer team hosted Colonial States Athletic Conference opponent Neumann University Saturday afternoon where the Falcons fell, 3-2.
Trailing, 1-0, in the first half the Falcons equalized in the 13

Caitlyn Mann (Harrisburg, PA/Central Dauphin) played the ball into the feet of senior midfielder
Jackalyn Beckett (New Egypt, N.J./New Egypt),
Beckett took positive touches to the goal to get around her defender for a high shot over the goalkeepers head for a 1-1 game. Before the half ended
Beckett played a ball through the defenders to freshman forward
Daria Warner (Harrisburg, Pa./Bishop McDevitt),
Warner passed her defender for a one-v-one with the goalkeeper making her dive took the ball to a wide open goal for a 2-1 lead at halftime.
Neumann scored twice in the second half, in the 67
th and 75
th minute. The Falcons didn't give up, looking to tie things back up on a corner,
Mann placed a ball to the back corner of the net that sophomore
Kimberly Rosano (Belvidere, NJ/Belvidere) met with her foot that went straight into the corner of the crossbar and bounced back out.
The next game for Cedar Crest is on Tuesday, October 10 at 4:00 p.m. at the FalconPlex against Clarks Summit University.
