Box Score ASTON, Pa.--- The Cedar Crest College basketball team traveled to Colonial States Athletic Conference opponent Neumann University on Saturday afternoon where the Falcons fell 80-35.
The Falcons looked to keep the pace against the Knights, who have only had three losses in the conference, but a tough start put Cedar Crest behind early on.
Sophomore guard
Tenille Stewart (Pennsauken, NJ/Pennsauken) led the team in points with 13, while adding one assist and three rebounds. Freshman guard/forward
Geminii Cabrera (Reading, Pa./Berks Catholic) netted 12 points, one rebound, one assist and two blocks. Freshman forward
Venus Cabrera (Reading,Pa./Bucks Catholic) scored seven points and a career-high nine rebounds while junior forward
Shemeca Thompson (Bridgeport, CT/Warren Harding) had two boards, two points, one block, one assist and one steal.
The Falcons will travel to Marywood University on Wednesday, February 15 for their last road game of the year. Tip off is set to begin at 6:00 PM.Â
