ROSEMONT, Pa. --- The Cedar Crest College Soccer squad defeated Rosemont College 1-0 on Saturday afternoon to reach its 12^th win of the season and 7^th victory in the Colonial States Athletic Conference.
 
The Falcons set the school record with their 12-3 regular season record, eclipsing the former record of 10 wins in the 2004 season.
 
Neither team could score in the first 45-minutes, but the Black and Yellow managed to take 11 shots in the first half. It wasn't until the 64^th minute that sophomore Adrianna Tennis (Pine Grove, Pa./Pine Grove ) sent a cross to the left post that found the foot of sophomore Daria Warner (Harrisburg, Pa./Bishop McDevitt) to put a shot past the Ravens keeper for the only goal of the contest. Warner scored her team-high 13^th goal of the year for the Falcons.
 
The Falcons have claimed the second seed in the CSAC Playoffs, their first even playoff appearance in school history. Seeding, times and dates will be announced in the near future, so stay tuned to anywhere you follow the Falcons.
