ENFIELD, Conn. --- The Cedar Crest College Head Basketball Coach, Kristin Karat, has been selected to the Class of 2018 of the Enfield Athletic Hall of Fame.

Karat, a 2003 graduate of Enfield High School, is one of the few females to score 1,000 points as a Raider. Also a two-time All-North Atlantic Conference basketball player at Becker College, Karat made the WABCA first team by averaging 14.6 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game as a senior.

Following her collegiate career, Karat was an assistant coach at Tufts University when the team played in NCAA Division III Final Four. About to enter her third season with the Falcons, she also serves as the Assistant Director of Athletic Performance, responsible for designing and implementing off season and in season strength and conditioning programs for all nine of Cedar Crest's varsity sports.
