ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Cedar Crest College soccer team suffered a 1-0 loss to Cairn University on Wednesday night in the Colonial State Athletic Conference Tournament Semifinals at the FalconPlex.

The Highlanders got the lone goal of the contest in the 22^nd minute on a marker from senior Sarah Jackson (Milltown, N.J.). The assist went to classmate Dakota Hitchner (Ocean View, Md.).

Despite outshooting Cairn 14-3 for the match, the Falcons were unable to find the equalizer. Cedar Crest also had an 8-3 advantage in corners.

Freshman Isabelle Lazor posted two saves in the shutout for Cairn while junior Lauren Makely (Lake Grove, N.Y./Sachem North) had one stops in the loss for Cedar Crest.
