VILLANOVA, Pa. – First-year Haivynn Kovach (Virginia Beach, Va./Churchland) and senior Ashley Wilson (Norwalk, Conn./Norwalk) of the Cedar Crest College basketball team earned Honorable Mention honors in the release of the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) weekly awards, as announced by the conference office on Monday morning.

Wilson averaged 23.5 points per game and totaled seven steals and eight assists on the week while Kovach tied a season-high with 16 points to go along with nine rebounds, two assists, and five steals in a narrow loss to Valley Forge.

Cedar Crest (1-13 overall, 1-11 CSAC) hosts Saint Elizabeth University for its next contest on Wednesday, February 8 at 7:00 p.m.
