Cedar Crest responded with a 7-0 spurt to round out the half and enter the break with a 40-27 advantage.

The Falcons led by as many as 18 in the third quarter and Clarks Summit trimmed it to as few as 10 before Cedar Crest entered the last stanza with a 57-45 lead.
