SCRANTON, Pa. – The Cedar Crest College swimming team sits in sixth after day one at the Electric City Invitational, which began on Friday night at Marywood University. The Falcons earned 47 points.

Kaitlyn Cohen (Syracuse, N.Y./Jamesville-Dewitt), junior
Rylie Heusner (Scranton, Pa./Holy Cross), sophomore
Madison Nadasi (Bushkill, Pa./East Stroudsburg North), and junior
Krillhe Gonell (Bronx, N.Y./George Washington) placed ninth in the 200-yard medley relay.
First-year
Maria Aragon (Albuquerque, N.M./Rio Grande) and senior
Alyssa Reinhart (Easton, Pa./Easton) swam in the 1650-yard freestyle, collecting times of 24:22.26 and 25:37.50, respectively.
In the 200-yard freestyle relay, Cohen, Reinhart, Aragon, and Gonell finished ninth, touching in 2:13.71.
Cedar Crest will return to the water for day two of the Electric City Invitational on Saturday, November 22 with the morning session starting at 9:00 a.m. and the evening session beginning at 5:00 p.m.
