ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Six Cedar Crest College student-athletes from the field hockey and lacrosse teams earned Academic All-District® At-Large selections by College Sports Communicators (CSC), as announced by the organization Tuesday afternoon.
The Falcons' honorees were:
Reagan Ferst (Hazleton, Pa./Hazleton Area)
Courtney Gibbons (Allentown, Pa./Parkland)
Ashley Large (Parker, Colo./Regis Jesuit)
Sydney Jeker (Sciota, Pa./Pleasant Valley)
Olivia Wanner (Lyons, Pa./Kutztown Area)
Rachel Bilger (Philadelphia, Pa./Upper Dublin)
To be selected Academic All-District®, a student-athlete had to have been at least a sophomore academically and athletically, have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale), and must compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played or must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes At-Large honorees in five divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, and the College Division.
The College Division is comprised of institutions from two-year colleges, Canadian institutions, and other institutions who are not affiliated with the NCAA and NAIA divisions.
