Before Cedar Crest: Attended Franklin High School...Graduated in 2026...Has played for eight years...Was a three-sport athlete in field hockey and winter and spring track...Was captain of FHS's field hockey team during her senior year...Earned awards such as First Team All-Somerset County (2025), First Team Skyland All-Conference (2025), Second Team Skyland All-Conference (2023 & 2024), Franklin Field Hockey Rookie Award (2022), Four Year Varsity Field Hockey Letter Winner (2022-2026), and Most Outstanding Athlete Fall 2025.

Personal: Daughter of Mark and Laurie Merris...Born in Somerset, New Jersey...Has two brothers, Paul and Mark Merris...Chose to attend Cedar Crest because she wants to study forensic science to one day become a forensic scientist for the Federal Government...A small fun fact about her is that she is a certified scuba diver.
