2023-24: Appeared in four games off the bench…Logged 10 total minutes and collected four points…Named to the United East Conference All-Academic Team. 

Before Cedar Crest: Attended Indian River High School for three and half years and then transferred to Oscar Smith High School the remainder of junior year, graduated senior year with honors…Played JV basketball for three years and varsity basketball for senior year…Lettered in basketball for senior year… Earned Most Improved Player for senior year…Was an AVID student-athlete.

Personal: Daughter of Neil and Lakesha Cherry…Born in Raleigh, North Carolina…The oldest of five children: Lela Cherry, Seanna Cherry, Aubrie Cherry, and Zechariah Cherry…Favorite colors are yellow and turquoise…Chose to attend Cedar Crest because it was a home-like environment...She could learn and grow not only as a basketball player but also as a young woman, gain opportunities for a career in sports media.
