2024-25: First Team All-Conference and Second Team All-ECAC selection…Saw time in 19 games, starting in all of them…Averaged 18 points, 8.1 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 3.2 steals, and 0.8 blocks per game…Registered 342 points, 154 rebounds, 60 assists, 60 steals, and 16 blocks in 700 total minutes…Ranked second in the conference in points per game and third in field goal percentage (.506).

2023-24: Second Team All-Conference selection…Played in all 22 games, making nine starts…Averaged 16.9 points, 7.4 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 2.4 steals, and 1.0 blocks per game…Collected 371 points, 162 rebounds, 37 assists, 52 steals, and 22 blocks in 637 total minutes…Shot 52.5 percent from the floor…Named to the United East Conference All-Academic Team.  

Before Cedar Crest: Graduated from Hillgrove High School in 2023…Was a two-sport athlete in basketball and softball until my sophomore where she decided to pursue my love for basketball…Was on JV her freshman year but made the varsity team her last three years…Was co-captain my senior year…Led her team in five categories...Was announced First Team All-Region.

Personal: Daughter of two very loving parents, Eulalia and Sheldon Long…Was born in Austell, Georgia along with my two siblings…Is the elder sister of Eva and her little brother Sheldon II… Is very close to her family, so choosing to go to school was very challenging for me, so luckily Cedar Crest is very welcoming and friendly towards one another…Is always excited to visit home on the breaks we have… She gets to see my family and my cat, Shuri.
