2019: In her junior season, Nawrocki played and started all 19 contests for the Falcons defense. She had one goal on the season against Notre Dame (MD) on (10/19), and receieved an honorable mention from the CSAC on (9/21). Nawrocki was named to the CSAC 1st team All-Conference and was named as the CSAC Defensive Playerof the Year.  

2018: In her second season, Nawrocki played and started all 18 games for the Falcons. During the season, Nawrocki helped the Falcons with 8 shut-outs. Nawrocki was also named to the CSAC’s Second-Team Honors.
 
2017: In her first season as a Falcon, Nawrocki played in all 17 games and started 16 of them. Nawrocki assisted the Falcons with 6 shut-outs during the season. Nawrocki also received a CSAC weekly honor award for her outstanding defensiveness.

Personal: Sarah Nawrocki is from Minersville, PA and is majoring in Biology. She is the daughter of Kyra Nawrocki. On campus, Nawrocki is a member of the Student Activities Board. Nawrocki chose Cedar Crest College because of how small the school was and how close knit the students were to one another.
