Tennis has been a part of Keri Hartz’s life for as long as she can remember, making her very excited to participate as Cedar Crest’s Assistant Tennis Coach this fall.
Hartz has several years of experience of competitive playing. She started her intensive training when she was a young girl working with experienced coaches and having the opportunity to practice with the former coach of Venus and Serena Williams. In addition to her intense training, Hartz participated in local tournaments as well as her high school team where she held the Number 2 Singles position for 3 years, and finished her senior year as Number 1 Singles. During her high school career, Hartz maintained a winning record for all 4 years of participation and placed 4th in the 2012 District Doubles tournament.
In addition to Hartz experience on the court, she gained excellent coaching experience by assistant coaching the Boy’s Tennis Team at her high school, volunteering to teach for friends, and leading her tennis team as captain for 3 years. Hartz is proud to represent the Falcon’s this fall and looks forward to a fantastic season.
