Hackettstown, NJ- The Cedar Crest Falcon fell on the road this evening as they took on the Centenary Cyclones.
The Falcons began the game really strong, creating some good opportunities early on. This would soon fade away as the Cyclones would start the scoring off in the 17
th minute, off of a cross from the left side. The Cyclones would score again 10 minutes later in the 27
th minute, and again in the 38
th minute before the end of the half.
The second half would be in favor of the Cyclones, as the Falcons were just unable to find a rhythm. The Cyclones would go on to score four more times in the 55
th, 62
nd, 84
th, and 88
th minute to finish the game at 7-0.
With the loss, the Falcons fall to a record of 2-8-1 overall, and 0-3 in CSAC Play. They return to the field on Saturday October 4
th for their senior day as they host Gwynedd Mercy College at 3PM.
