The Falcons hosted the Lehigh Valley Nittany Lions in their home opener for the 2014-15 season.  The Falcons would open up the first half with a 28-26 led by Kayleigh Keggan (Blairstown, NJ/Belvidere)'s eight points, while Taylor Osley (Allentown, PA/Louis E. Dieruff High School) and Miranda Schaeffer (Newport, PA/Newport) would both add six each.  Schaeffer and Breonna Lewis (Abingdon, MD/Sovereign Grace Homeschool) would both add six rebounds a piece in the first half.  The Falcons would shoot 40% from the field and 40% from beyond the arch while going 2-6 from the free throw line.

In the second half Lewis once again led the Falcons with eight points and seven rebounds, while Denyell Spingola (East Haddam, CT/Nathan Hale-Ray) would add seven second half points while Keggan, Schaeffer and Shemeca Thompson (Bridgeport, CT/Warren Harding) would both add two points each.  The Falcons would finish 32% from the field and 62.5% from the free throw line.

The Falcons would grab 40 total rebounds 16 offensive and 24 defensive.  The team now sits at 1-2 overall and will host the Hilton Garden Inn tournament this weekend with games scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.
