Box Score ALLENTOWN, Pa. - The Cedar Crest College volleyball team fell in three sets to Colonial States Athletic Conference opponent Cabrini University on Tuesday evening. The Falcons were defeated by the Cavaliers by scores of 15-25, 12-25 and 12-25.
Freshman setter
Devyn Crowder (Aston, Pa./Sun Valley) and sophomore middle hitter
Nicole Hill (Parsippany, NJ/Parsippany) both tallied three kills a piece for the Falcons.
Hill led for Cedar Crest in blocks with three.
Crowder added four assists on the board.
Tiffany Hoppes (Macungie, Pa./Emmaus), a freshman defensive specialist, had a team high of seven digs. Sophomore setter/right side hitter,
Steph Barr (Unionville, CT/Sport and Medical Sciences Academy) and freshman outside hitter
Kailey Elrod (Annville, Pa./Palmyra Area) both had six digs for the Falcons.
Barr also had six assists on the night.
Elrod tallied two kill and two assists.
Molly Schnaubelt (San Diego, CA/University City), a senior middle hitter added two services aces and two blocks.
The next match for the Falcons is on the road against CSAC-foe Immaculata University. The first serve is set to begin at 7:00 PM.
