BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Cedar Crest College Field Hockey team suffered its third straight loss, falling to Moravian College 3-0 on Monday night.
The Falcons, now have a record 0-3, were shutout for the second time this season, but had a few opportunities. Cedar Crest took a total of 10 shots in the contest with three of them being on the goal. Sophomore 
Brice Gardner (Gardners, Pa./Biglerville ) took two shots and sophomore 
Mercedes Melo (Lehighton, Pa./Palmerton Area) took the other shot that was saved by the Greyhounds goalkeeper.
Junior 
Cassandra Reijgers (Hollis, N.H./Hollis Brookline) got the start for tonight's match, her first start of the season. 
Reijgers made 14 saves on 17 shots on goal. Also earning a defensive save in the game was junior 
Alex Miller. 
Reijgers received the loss in the decision, putting her record at 0-1.
The Falcons return to action on Thursday, September 13, when they travel to Wilkes University for a 7:00 PM start time.
