ALLENTOWN, Pa. --- The Cedar Crest College Field Hockey team suffered its fifth loss of the season after falling to Cabrini University 1-0 at the FalconPlex Saturday morning.

The Falcons, now 2-5 on the year and are still 1-0 in conference play after the loss. Cedar Crest took five shots in the contest with three being on cage while the Cavaliers took 10 with seven going on the keeper. The Black and Yellow earned 13 penalty corners in the match to Cabrini's five.

Junior goalkeeper
Cassandra Reijgers (Hollis, N.H./Hollis Brookline) made six saves in the game on the seven shots on goal.
Reijgers received the loss in the decision, putting her at 2-3 on the year.

Cedar Crest will return to action on Tuesday, October 2 when they host Colonial States Athletic Conference opponent Wilson College for a 5:00 PM start time.
