ALLENTOWN, Pa. --- The Cedar Crest College Basketball squad earned a 45-35 Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) victory over Clarks Summit University Thursday night in Lees Gymnasium to improve their overall record to 4-11 and CSAC record to 3-3.

"We're a young team, down our leading scorer, and we figured out how to get it done and that's a testament to the hard work that they've put in in practice," commented Head Coach Kristin Karat. "They are setting themselves up for success in later games."

A close to even second quarter, 13-12, the Black and Yellow would take a seven-point lead into the locker room at 27-20. The Defenders edged Cedar Crest in the third quarter, 8-10, as the Falcons led by five points heading to the final quarter, 35-30.
