ÂÂÂMAHWAH, N.J. --- The Cedar Crest Soccer team was held scoreless for the first time this season, in the 3-0 loss at Ramapo College of New Jersey on Saturday afternoon.

The Falcons fall to 3-3 overall on the year after today's game, giving up the first goal in the 24th minute of the game, but that would be the only shot to beat the Cedar Crest keeper in the 11 first-half shots that the Roadrunners took. In the second half, Ramapo would score twice in the second half, the first in the 53rd minute and their second in the 85th to defeat the Black and Yellow 3-0.

Cedar Crest attempted four shots in the game, with three of them going on the Roadrunner's keeper. Two of the shots came from junior
Daria Warner (Harrisburg, Pa./Bishop McDevitt) and the other two shots taken were by freshman
Madison VanKirk (Northumberland, Pa./Shikellamy).

Lauren Makely (Lake Grove/Sachem North) was in goal for the Falcons, making seven saves on the 10 shots that went on goal for Ramapo.
Makely received the loss in the decision, with her record mimicking the overall record of 3-3.

The Falcons return to action of Tuesday, September 17 when they host Neumann University at the FalconPlex. Kickoff is slated for 7:00 PM.
