ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Cedar Crest College soccer team dropped a non-conference tilt to Ramapo College in a 3-1 final on Wednesday night at the FalconPlex. The match was called after the 70
th minute due to an injury.
The Roadrunners got all three of its goals in the first 20 minutes of action, all off the foot of graduate student Carla Goodwin (Wayne, N.J.).
Goodwin put the visitors on the board in the 11
th minute with a marker off an assist from graduate student Lauren Vladyka (Somerset, N.J.). Just under a minute later, she found the net again, with the helper going to Vladyka again. The graduate student completed the hat trick in the 19
th minute when senior Sam Ingannamorte (River Vale, N.J.) set up her third tally of the contest.

Taylor Wolf (Townsend, Del./Middletown) registered the lone goal for the Falcons in the 30
th minute. First-year
Brielle Davies (Catasauqua, Pa. /Catasauqua) was credited with the assist.
Junior Makenna Tahbaz (West Caldwell, N.J.) picked the win in goal for the Roadrunners, making two saves in 45 minutes of action. Senior Emma Conlan (Thiells, N.Y.) played the final 25:01 and recorded one save.

Lauren Makely (Lake Grove, N.Y./Sachem North) made four saves in the loss for Cedar Crest.
The Falcons outshot Ramapo 12-10 in the contest and the teams were even in corners with four apiece.
Cedar Crest (2-1-0 overall) will round out a four-match homestand on Saturday, September 10 when they welcome in New Jersey City University for a 1:00 p.m. start. Ramapo (2-1-0 overall) will return to action on Wednesday, September 14 at Drew University. The match is scheduled to start at 7:00 p.m.
