GETTYSBURG, Pa. – The Cedar Crest College cross country team competed in the Aubrey Shenk Invitational at Gettysburg College on Saturday morning.

Jaryd Flank. "Huge personal records from all three and just truly gutsy performances. We definitely took some souls today and are primed for a great conference race."
Leading the way for the Falcons was first-year
Erica Cook (Deming, Wash./Mount Baker) placing 106
th overall, completing the course in 25:33.5, which ranks as the fifth-best 6K time in program history.
First-year
Giada Smith (Springtown, Pa./Palisades) placed 129
th with a time of 26:14.4, which ranks as the seventh-best 6K time in program history.
First-year
Abby Adams (Suffolk, Va./Lakeland) rounded out the Falcons in the meet with a 201
st-place finish and a time of 33:24.8.
Cedar Crest will have a week off from competition will now prepare for the United East Conference Championship meet hosted by St. Mary's College of Maryland on Saturday, November 2 beginning at 12:00 p.m.
