LATHAM, N.Y. – Three members of the Cedar Crest College volleyball team were named as All-Conference selections by the United East Conference, as released by the league office on Tuesday morning.
Senior
Ellise Everett (Orlando, Fla./Lake Nona) was named to the First Team while classmate
Tianlly Davila (San Juan, Puerto Rico/Governor Thomas Johnson) and first-year
Phoebe Pietila (Hayesville, N.C./Hayesville) landed on the Third Team.
Everett, a now four-time All-Conference honoree, led the Falcons in multiple statistical categories this season including kills (333), points per set (4.11), kills per set (3.58), and total blocks (35). The senior played in 28 matches, making 27 starts and playing in 93 total sets. She also collected 20 assists, 25 service aces, and 180 digs.
Davila, a Third Team selection, appeared in and started all 29 matches for Cedar Crest, seeing time in all 97 sets. She registered 45 kills, 121.5 points, 563 assists, 67 service aces, 210 digs, and 15 total blocks. Davila paced the Falcons in assists and service aces.
Pietila accompanied Davila on the Third Team after playing in 27 matches and 91 total sets. She led the team with 399 digs and digs per set (4.38). Pitela also registered two kills, 36 assists, and 21 service aces.
