LATHAM, N.Y. – Forty-four Cedar Crest College winter and spring student-athletes were named as Scholar Athletes by the United East Conference, the league office announced on Friday.

In order to be selected, a student-athlete competing in a winter or spring conference-sponsored sport must achieve a grade point average of 3.2 or higher for the winter and spring semesters and must have been in good standing on their team.

The softball and track & field programs led the way with 14 overall selections.
