The Falcons' defense continued to disrupt the Phoenix advances with turnovers, but the quarter with the score being tied 4-4.
Wilson took control early in the third quarter, capitalizing on a player-up opportunity to score with Fike finding the net. Cedar Crest faced challenges as the Phoenix extended its lead with three consecutive goals, taking advantage of another player-up situation. The Falcons' offense struggled to maintain possession, resulting in multiple turnovers, but Dotter managed to secure a draw control, briefly shifting momentum. Terranova provided a spark for Cedar Crest with a player-up goal, narrowing the deficit. Despite the effort, Wilson maintained pressure, with another goal by Ney. As the period progressed, Fike scored again, further extending the lead. The Falcons ended the period trailing 10–5.
Cedar Crest began the fourth quarter with a determined defensive effort as sophomore
Izzy Feddor (Northampton, Pa./Northampton Area) made a crucial save against a shot by Ney. However, the Phoenix struck first with a goal by junior Alyvia Henneman (Chambersburg, Pa.), assisted by Marek, to extend its lead. The Falcons responded quickly with a player-up goal from Leiter, assisted by Burk, narrowing the deficit. Despite Cedar Crest's efforts, Wilson capitalized on a free position opportunity, scoring another player-up goal. The Falcons answered with a goal from Burk, assisted by Schrader, keeping the pressure on their opponent. Wilson managed to score again through sophomore Finley Vandevander (Chambersburg, Pa.) with another free position shot. The quarter concluded with Cedar Crest maintaining defensive pressure, including another save by Feddor. The game ended with the Phoenix holding a 14–7 advantage.
Leiter led the scoring effort for the Falcons with two goals, including a player-up goal, on two shots. Burk contributed significantly with two goals and an assist while collecting five draw controls. Demarest recorded one goal on four shots on goal and picked up four ground balls. Feddor made 11 saves on 33 shots faced in goal.
Fike paced Wilson with an impressive performance, scoring four goals on eight shots, including a game-winning goal and three player-up goals. Her accuracy was notable with seven shots on goal and she collected six ground balls. Ney also made a significant impact, netting three goals and contributing to the team's offensive success with six shots and four on target. Gamby-Mickey added to the scoring effort with three goals and one assist, while excelling defensively by causing five turnovers. Vandevander showcased her defensive skills, gathering four ground balls and causing three turnovers, in addition to scoring one goal and one assist.
The loss ends the season for Cedar Crest (9-8 overall).
