Biography

2022: Finished third at the CSAC Championship Meet with a time of 26:11.1, earning First Team All-Conference accolades…Named to the CSAC All-Academic Team.  

2021: First Team All-Conference honoree…Placed first for the Falcons in all eight meets…Helped Cedar Crest earn its first CSAC Championship with a fourth-place finish with a time of 27:54…Placed eighth overall at the CSAC Preview Meet in a time of 29:47…Finished in the top half of the NCAA Division III Metro Regional Race (80th, 25:16).

Before Cedar Crest: Attended Sehome High School...Graduated in 2021...Was a two-sport athlete in cross country and track & field...Competed in SHS cross country and track & field from 2017-2021...Was co-captain of the cross country team during senior season. 

Personal: Daughter of Suzanne and Todd Loeffelholz...Born in St. Louis Park, Minn...Has one sibling, Braedon...Chose to attend Cedar Crest because of its Forensic Science and Study Abroad programs.
