2023: Played in 12 games, starting in nine of them…Scored one goal…Took five shots, three of which were on goal…Had two ground balls and one caused turnover...CSAC All-Academic Team selection.

2022: Played in five games, making one start.

2021: Appeared in four contests, starting in all of them...Collected one ground ball. 

2020: Saw time in one game off the bench. 

Before Cedar Crest: Graduated from Southern Regional High School in 2019...Was on the swim team. 

Personal: Native of Manahawkin, New Jersey...Majoring in biology...Daughter of Lisa and Russel Mower...Came to Cedar Crest for its small community and class sizes.
