In his first season at the helm the program, Kiselica led the volleyball program to its second conference championship in school history and second appearance in the NCAA Tournament. Under his training, six athletes earned all-conference selection. Additionally, Rebekka Sanchez-Castro was named CSAC Defensive Player of the Year and Ellise Everett was named CSAC Rookie of the Year. The Falcons dominated the conference, ranking first among all teams in eight different statistical categories. Furthermore, the volleyball program has earned a team GPA of 3.61 since his start. Kiselica was recently promoted to Assistant Athletic Director, where he oversees outside operations including rentals, student workers, runs coaching education, and co-directs DEI initiatives.
A former Assistant Coach from George Washington University, Kiselica came to Cedar Crest after spending over eight years at the Division I level. Kiselica was hired as an Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for GW volleyball in March 2020 and finished his last season with the Colonials as the Interim Head Coach. Kiselica was integral in GW’s success as the Defensive Coordinator, guiding the team’s libero to being ranked in the top 25 in the nation in digs per set. He also recruited talent from across the globe, pulling in multiple top 50 recruits, giving GW one of the top recruiting classes in the country in 2022.
Before GW, Kiselica spent three seasons on the staff at UMBC. He served in multiple roles, starting as the team’s Offensive Coordinator and Setter's Coach, leading the program as the Interim Head Coach during a time of transition, and finishing as the team’s Defensive Coordinator. Under Kiselica's leadership, the Retrievers ranked second in the America East in team digs, blocks, and opposing hitting percentage in 2019. He also played a part in recruiting five freshmen who were in the starting lineup that season. Kiselica helped guide four Retrievers to All-Conference honors in his three years, including Carmen Freeman, who was named the 2017 America East Rookie of the Year. Additionally, four student-athletes were named to the America East All-Rookie team during his tenure.
Prior to UMBC, Kiselica served as the Director of Volleyball Operations at Temple University for two years. During that time, Temple had its highest ranking in program history, reaching the top 40 in all of Division I. Kiselica also served as a Volunteer Assistant Coach for one season at the University of Pennsylvania.
 A 2017 graduate of Temple, Kiselica has been coaching since he was 19 years old. He has coached at multiple juniors’ clubs and worked colleges camps across the country, from the University Kentucky to the University of Oregon. He was also a member of the men's club volleyball team at Temple for four years as an outside hitter and libero, where his team finished in the top ten in the country two years in a row.
In the summer of 2022, Kiselica coached for the GEVA region in the USA High Performance national championships.
In addition to coaching, Kiselica serves on the Board of Directors for TeamGarbo, a mental health advocacy group.
Kiselica lives with his fiancé Rhiannon and their two dogs, Honey and Rocky.
