Biography

Personal: Ballard, daughter of Linda of Robert Ballard, attended Whitehall High School, where she was a four-year varsity volleyball athlete. She was also the team captain during her junior and senior season. Melton is majoring in Early Childhood Education and chose Cedar Crest because it is close to home.
