Before Cedar Crest:  Attended St. Andrew’s Sewanee…Graduated in 2024… Was a four-year, three-sport athlete in soccer, wrestling, and track…Was captain of soccer, wrestling, and track teams her senior year.

Personal: Daughter of Michelle and Raymond Val… Born in Fort Benning, Georgia…Has four siblings: Autumn, Kayla, Ryan, and Mia… Chose to attend Cedar Crest because she liked the wrestling team dynamic and it is close to family.
