ROSEMONT, Pa. --- The Cedar Crest College Lacrosse team suffered a 4-12 loss on the road to Rosemont College on the Ravens Athletic Complex Thursday evening. The Falcons fall to 2-10 overall and 2-7 in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) competition.

Cedar Crest got on the board first, with a goal by junior
Theresa Neumann (West Point, N.Y./James I. O'Neill) in the fifth minute of the game, assisted by freshman
Sydney Heathcott (Newburgh, Ind./Castle High). Rosemont would five consecutive goals over the next 10-minutes of play to take a 1-5 lead, but freshman
Elizabeth Fennimore (Macungie, Pa./Emmaus) scored back-to-back goals for the Black and Yellow to cut the deficit to two, 3-5. The Ravens would net two more goals before the horn sounded, with Cedar Crest trailing 3-7 at the half.

Rosemont score three goals to start off the second half, extending their lead to 3-10, before
Fennimore beat the goalie for her third goal of the game and her 11th of the season. The Ravens would tally two more goals before the game ended, defeating the Falcons 4-12.

 The Falcons attempted 13 total shots in the contest, nine going on goal and  scored four times. The Black and Yellow also picked up 12 ground balls, tallied six draw controls and went 15-for-24 in clearing attempts.

Sophomore
Allison Churchill (West Deptford, N.J./West Deptford) recorded 20 saves in 32 shots on goal in the game.
Churchill spent all 60:00 minutes in the goal and received the loss in the decision, putting her record at 2-10.

The Falcons next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 27 when they travel to Centenary University for the final regular season game of the season. First-whistle is slated for 3:00 PM at Reeves Field in Hackettstown, N.J.
