Looking to turn things around, the Cedar Crest College Falcons Tennis Team took the court against Rutgers - Camden.

For the Falcons Jamie Wojiechowski was the sole winner for the Falcons, down Rutgers #2 in singles play 7-5 and 6-3.  Wojiechowski is now 3-2 in singles play on the young season.

The rest of the Falcons did not go quietly, the singles Amy Frey (Hellertown, PA/Saucon Valley), Emily Bryk (Whitehall, PA/Whitehall), Olga Cauble (Concord, NH/Concord), Rakia Otoo (Bronx, NY/Manhattan Center for Science & Math) and Kyleen Sisson (Laceyville, PA/Elk Lake) all put up fantastic efforts working each set to game points and refusing to go down.  The Falcons however would fall 8-1 on the day.

The Falcons now fall to 2-3 overall and will face Alvernia University of the 19th in Reading, PA.  Match time is set for 4 PM.
