Falcons Host Immaculata in Make Up from September

Allentown,PA - The Cedar Crest Falcons were unable to secure a consecutive win under their belts as they fell to Immaculata at home.

In singles action; Jamie Wojciechowski (Archbald, PA/Valley View) would fall 6-1, 6-0 at number 1 singles. Emily Bryk (Whitehall, PA/Whitehall) would have a tough game as she fell, unable to win a game at 6-0, 6-0. Rakia Otoo (Bronx, NY/Manhattan Center for Science & Math) wasn't able to continue on her singles winning streak as she fell at number 3 singles 6-2,6-4. Kyleen Sisson (Laceyville, PA/Elk Lake) would also drop her match at number four singles as she fell 6-0,6-2. At number five singles, Sarah Babbie (Champlain, NY/Northeastern Clinton Central) would return to number five singles, but unable to sneak away with a win as she fell 6-0,6-3. Finally at number six singles Taylor Doran (Petaluma, CA/Casa Grande) put up a valiant fight but would eventually fall in three sets 6-2,2-6,10-4.

In doubles action; Bryk and Wojciechowski would team up at number one but would fall to a strong Immaculata team 8-1. Cauble and Sisson would battle hard as usual but would eventually fall 9-7. At number 3 doubles Doran and Otoo would fall 8-4.

With the loss, the Falcons fall to a record of 3-6 overall, and 1-2 in CSAC play. They return to the court on Friday October 3rd as they take on Baptist Bible on the road.
