The Cedar Crest Softball team finished strong going one and one on their final day at the Tucson Invitational Games. In the opener Cedar Crest faced off against Loras College. Once again Cedar Crest started strong shutting down Loras in the top of the first. However, in the top of the 2nd Loras scored four runs with two outs. Cedar Crest answered in the bottom of the 2nd when Rachel Stump (Fleetwood, PA/Fleetwood) reached on a fielder's choice driving in Molly Schnaubelt (San Diego, CA/University City) who also reached on a fielder's choice. That was all the offense Cedar Crest could deliver while Loras added two more runs in the 3rd and four more in the 5th. Cedar Crest pitchers Amanda Kustanbauter (Muncy, PA/Muncy High School) and April Daly () combined to give up six earned runs on eight hits. The Cedar Crest defense committed four errors leading to four Loras College runs. The final score was Loras College 10 – Cedar Crest 1.

The second game of the final day was against Crown College. Cedar Crest gave a run in the top of the 1st but answered with two of their own in the bottom of the 1st when Kaylee Martinez (Hemet, CA/West Valley) reached 3rd on error by Crown's centerfielder. Jackie Gallagher () then singled in Martinez. Gallagher then scored on Amanda Kustabauter's sacrifice fly.  Cedar Crest added 3 more runs in the 2nd. Alecia Zook scored on Lilly Acosta's double to left center and then Martinez and Acosta scored on consecutive errors committed by Crown. Cedar Crest added a run in the 3rd when Alecia Zook walked with the bases loaded and another run in the 4th on April Daly ()'s RBI single scoring Amanda Baxter. Starting pitcher Amanda Kustanbauter (Muncy, PA/Muncy High School) went the distance giving up six hits and no earned runs and striking out three. The final score was Cedar Crest 7 – Crown College 1.
