Box Score ROSEMONT, Pa.---The Cedar Crest College lacrosse team dropped a Colonial States Athletic Conference game at Rosemont College, 21-2 on Satruday afternoon.

The Falcons got their first and only shot attempt of the first half off at 16:08 by freshman attack Alexandra Zoda (Poughkeepsie, N.Y. /Roy C Ketcham Senior ) as the goalkeeper would come up with save. The Black and Yellow shot back-to-back to start the second half with freshman attack Shelby Szoke (White Haven, Pa./Crestwood ) and Zoda both firing shots in the 29th minute, on sailing high and the other missing just wide to the right of the goal. Back-to-back shots happened again this time Szoke missed wide right while senior attack Vivianna Samite (Oakridge, NJ/Jefferson Twp) had her shot saved by the goalie. Samite would score on a free position shot at 24:20 and scored again on her next shot at 16:40 that was unassisted. Samite looked to add to the goal scoring in the fourth minute but this shot was saved.

Samite also picked up seven ground balls, five caused turnovers and three draw controls while senior defender Shannon Barriteau () had five ground balls and two caused turnovers. Junior Ellen Hill (Madison, N.H./Kennett) had four ground balls and two caused turnovers as Zoda had three groundballs and one draw control. Szoke added on four draw controls while senior goalie Nicole Rivera (Bronx, NY/Eximius ) had three ground balls and 11 saves as senior midfielder Gerlie Loyola (Manorville, NY/Eastport South Manor Jr/Sr ) had two ground balls on the afternoon.

The next game for the Falcons is on Tuesday, April 19 as the team hosts Cabrini College at 4:00 while they honor their seniors at 3:45 on Senior Day as they also host their Think Pink game.
