ASTON, Pa.---The Cedar Crest College tennis team defeated Colonial States Athletic Conference foe Neumann University, 7-2, on Saturday afternoon.

In doubles action senior Jamie Wojciechowski and junior Taylor Doran (Petaluma, CA/Casa Grande) took the number one spot with a score of 8-0 while sophomore Kristina Litonjua (Easton, Pa./Easton Area High School) and freshman Alyssa Epsaro (Bethlehem, Pa./Liberty) won by a score of 8-2 in second doubles.

Wojciechowski finished first in singles action defeated her opponent in the number one spot 6-3, 6-0. Doran and Litonjua both finished next for the team earning two more points as they both took their opponents by scores of 6-2, 6-1 and 6-1, 6-0. Freshman Yomari Salvador Rivera (Reading, Pa./Reading Sr.) finished next earning the win by the score of 6-2, 6-3 as Epsaro rounded out the final with for the team taking her opponent 6-2, 6-3.

The next match for the Falcons is on Friday, September 23 at Clark Summit in a CSAC match-up.
