CLARKS SUMMIT, Pa. - The Cedar Crest College tennis team traveled to fellow Colonial States Athletic Conference member Clarks Summit University and won 9-0 on Friday afternoon.

Senior Jamie Wojciechowski (Archbald, PA/Valley View) and junior Taylor Doran (Petaluma, CA/Casa Grande) played first in doubles for the Falcons, beating their opponents 8-5. Sophomore Kristina Litonjua (Easton, Pa./Easton Area High School) and freshman Alyssa Epsaro (Bethlehem, Pa./Liberty) played next in doubles, also beating their opponents 8-2. Freshman Yomari Salvador Rivera (Reading, Pa./Reading Sr.) and junior Myeisha Harris (Allentown, Pa./William Allen) won their set by default. 

In singles play, Wojciechowski took the first win for the Falcons, beating her opponent in two sets, 7-5 and 6-3. Doran won both of her sets 6-1 and 6-2. Up third for the Falcons, Litonjua won both sets 6-0. Salvador Rivera and Harris won their sets by default. 

The next match for the Falcons is home versus the College of New Rochelle on Saturday, September 23. The match is set to begin at 11:00 AM.
