Box Score SCRANTON, Pa. --- The Cedar Crest College lacrosse team was defeated by Colonial States Athletic Conference opponent Marywood University, 18-2, on Wednesday afternoon.

The Falcons two goals came in the first half, the first by senior midfielder Regina Gill (Hellertown, Pa./Saucon Valley ), after a good clear attempt she was awarded a free position shot which earner Gill her 11^th goal of the season. Senior midfielder Lauren Felix (Allentown, Pa./Saucon Valley) scored almost two minutes later with a free position shot of her own, scoring her sixth goal of the year as the Falcons trailed 9-2.

Felix won a draw control and moved down the field for her second shot attempt, this time being stopped by the goal keeper. Senior defender Ellen Hill (Madison, N.H./Kennett) would have the next attempt, as she was awarded a free position attempt but the goalkeeper made another save as time ended in the first half.

The next game for the Falcons is on Tuesday, April 11 at 4:00 p.m. as they take on fellow CSAC school Gwynedd Mercy as the team plays their home game at Liberty High School in Bethlehem, Pa.
