Box Score LA PLUME, Pa. --- The Cedar Crest College Lacrosse squad was defeated by Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) opponent Keystone College, 20-0, Tuesday afternoon, falling to 0-7 overall and 0-5 in CSAC action.
Freshman goalie/attacker
Alexandria Marcou (Colchester, Verm./Colchester) started and played all 60 minutes in goal, saving nine of the 29 shots on goal.
Marcou has played 240 minutes total and is now 0-4 for the year.
Cedar Crest took a total of two shots, one in each half and picked up eight groundballs and six draw controls, while the Giants had 25 groundballs and 15 draw controls.
Sophomore midfielder
Theresa Neumann (West Point, N.Y./James I. O'Neill) recorded both of the Black and Yellow's shots while winning two draw controls. Sophomore attacker
Ty'Kiara Waters (Baltimore MD/Paul L Dunbar) and freshman attacker
Allison Churchill (West Deptford, N.J./West Deptford) each picked up three groundballs. Freshman attacker
Asia Adams (York, Pa./Red Lion Area Senior) recorded a team-high four draw controls for the Falcons. Freshmen defenders
Nichole Williams and
Caroline Roscoe (Highland Falls, N.Y./James I. O'Neill) both picked up a ground ball in the contest.
The Falcons next contest will be Saturday, April 14 when they host Cabrini University when they celebrate their lone senior,
