CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – The Cedar Crest College cross country team wrapped up its season with a 22
nd-place finish at the NCAA Division III Metro Region Championships hosted by DeSales University on Saturday morning.
Sophomore
Jonquil Loeffelholz (Bellingham, Wash./Sehome) paced the Falcons, completing the course in 26:52, which was good enough for a top-100 finish in 82
nd place. Junior
Madison Cressley (Lehighton, Pa./Lehighton) followed with a time of 31:24 (126
th). Classmate
Carolyn Weiss (Long Valley, N.J./West Morris Central) came in six spots behind Cressley, clocking a time of 32:15.
Sophomore
Jess Simins (Phillipsburg, N.J./Warren Tech) crossed the finish line 19 seconds after Weiss, in 133
rd with a time of 32:34.
Seniors
Carolina Beverage (Taylor, Pa./Riverside Senior) and
Joslyn Schwieterman (Portland, Maine/Baxter Academy) rounded out the participants in the field for Cedar Crest.
The meet concluded the season for the Falcons.
