VILLANOVA, Pa. – Junior Corinne Mundy (Philadelphia, Pa./The Arts Academy at Benjamin Rush) and senior Renee Snyder (Allentown, Pa./Parkland) of the Cedar Crest College softball team were recognized as Honorable Mention selections in the release of the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) weekly awards release, as announced on Monday morning.

Snyder batted .455 with 10 hits, including one triple, one RBI, 12 total bases, and six runs scored plus 2-for-2 on stolen bases and a 1.000 fielding percentage in the opening week for the Falcons while Mundy picked up 12 strikeouts in six appearances as she tossed four complete games in the opening week for Cedar Crest.

Cedar Crest (1-5 overall) will return to the field on Wednesday, March 15 in a doubleheader at Penn State Brandywine beginning at 3:00 p.m.
