ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Cedar Crest College lacrosse team will begin its quest in the United East Conference Championship Tournament as the No. 4 seeded Falcons play host to the fifth-seeded Notre Dame of Maryland University in a First Round matchup on Saturday, April 27 at 10:00 a.m.
Cedar Crest and NDMU square off for the first time since April 13, where the Falcons came out on top with an 8-7 victory. Cedar Crest erased a two-goal deficit after three quarters and shut out the Gators, 3-0, in the fourth quarter to come away with the one-goal win. The home team got four goals from junior

Kylah Demarest (Vernon, N.J./Vernon Township) supplied four points on two goals and two assists. Senior
Kayleigh Woomer (Gales Ferry, Conn./Ledyard) preserved the triumph for the Falcons, converting a career-high 18 saves.
Graham enters Saturday leading Cedar Crest with 48 points on 36 goals and 12 assists. She also has 25 ground balls, four caused turnovers, and 38 draw controls on the season. Kadee Schrader (Northampton, Pa./Northampton Area) has collected 20 points on 10 goals and 10 assists. She has also registered 14 ground balls, three caused turnovers, and eight draw controls. Junior
Abi Sipel (Bethlehem, Pa./Freedom) has tallied 13 points (10 G, 3 A), 36 ground balls, 26 caused turnovers, and five draw controls. Sophomore
Ellie Terranova (Wilmington, Del./Mount Pleasant) has 12 points on the season in addition to 16 ground balls, six caused turnovers, and four draw controls.
Junior Jade Stewart (Hagerstown, Md.) has paced Notre Dame of Maryland with 35 points on 23 goals and 12 assists. Additionally, she has recorded 16 ground balls, six caused turnovers, and 49 draw controls. Senior Emma Alascia (Westminster, Md.) follows with 16 points on 11 goals and five assists to go along with 42 ground balls, 17 caused turnovers, and 31 draw controls. Three other Gator student-athletes have recorded double-digit points.
Cedar Crest enters the game with an 8-4 overall record while NDMU sits at 2-8 overall.
