LATHAM, N.Y. – Two student-athletes from the Cedar Crest College softball team earned All-Conference recognition from the United East Conference, as announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon.
First-year
Kylie Mastillo (Moscow, Pa./North Pocono) and junior
Natalie Hasert (Vernon, N.J./Vernon Township) landed on the Third Team.
Mastillo played in and started 38 games for the Falcons and tallied a .346 batting average to go along with 37 hits including seven doubles, five triples, two home runs, 33 runs batted in, 60 total bases, and 26 runs scored. Additionally, she stole nine bases, held a slugging percentage of .561, an OPS of .988, and a .921 fielding percentage.
Hasert joins Mastillo on the Third Team after playing in 38 games, making 37 starts. She ranked second on the team with a .352 batting average and added 45 hits, including five doubles, six triples, 15 RBI, 62 total bases, and 36 runs scored. Hasert tied for the team lead with 13 stolen bases and had a .951 fielding percentage.
Cedar Crest finished its season with an overall record of 18-22 (10-6 United East) and made it to the Second Round of the United East Conference Tournament.
